Sending a parcel from Nepal to another country should be a simple decision. 1. We know Nepal’s export paperwork, not just the airline routes

Most delays on shipments leaving Kathmandu do not happen in the air. They happen on the ground, at customs, because a document was missing, a commodity was described loosely, or an HS code did not match the invoice. Handicrafts, pashmina, tea, herbal products, metal statues and garments each have their own documentation expectations, and destination countries add their own rules on top.

Our documentation team prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and export declarations before your cargo reaches the airport — not after a shipment has already been held. If your goods need a certificate from a government department or a trade association, we tell you on day one, while there is still time to get it.

2. The rate we quote is the rate you pay

The most common complaint in this industry is the quote that grows. A low per-kilogram rate becomes expensive once fuel surcharges, remote-area fees, customs handling and packing are added at the counter.

We quote the full landed cost up front: freight, surcharges, documentation and handling in one figure, with the destination duty and tax position explained separately so you know what the receiver may be asked to pay. If the weight changes after packing, we tell you before the shipment moves, not after it lands.

3. Speed that comes from routing, not from promises

Anyone can promise express delivery. Delivering it depends on which airline partner has confirmed capacity out of Kathmandu that week, which transit hub clears your commodity fastest, and which last-mile partner covers the destination postcode.

We work with multiple international carriers rather than a single one, so when a route is congested or capacity is tight, your shipment is moved to the next best option instead of sitting in a warehouse. For documents and urgent samples to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and the Gulf, that routing flexibility is usually the difference between three days and ten.

4. Packing that survives the whole journey

An international parcel is handled a dozen times between pickup and doorstep, travels in a pressurised hold, and may sit on a tarmac in very different weather at both ends. Domestic-grade packing does not survive that.

We pack to international air cargo standards — double-walled cartons, corner protection, moisture barriers for textiles and paper, and proper cushioning for fragile metal or ceramic items. Transit insurance is available on request, and we will tell you honestly when a shipment is valuable enough that you should take it.

5. Tracking, plus a person who actually answers

Every shipment gets a tracking number you can follow in real time. But tracking numbers only tell you where a parcel is — they do not tell you why it has stopped moving, or what to do about it.
